(一)美洲區(qū)CEO(1名)

1.主要工作地點：

美國

2.主要工作職責(zé)：

(1)根據(jù)集團公司全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，制定美洲投資經(jīng)營和市場拓展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，組織實施美洲市場戰(zhàn)略部署;

(2)負責(zé)制定美洲公司經(jīng)營管理目標和方針，確定中長期規(guī)劃和年度經(jīng)營計劃;

(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全面開展美洲公司投資、銷售、市場等工作，并統(tǒng)籌指導(dǎo)美洲各分公司投資建設(shè)與運營工作。

3.任職基本要求：

(1)碩士及以上學(xué)歷;

(2)對美洲市場和文化有較深入了解，具多年國際公司工作經(jīng)歷;

(3)具較強的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、體系建設(shè)、團隊管理和產(chǎn)銷研一體協(xié)同能力。

(二)歐洲區(qū)CEO(1名)

1.主要工作地點：

荷蘭

2.主要工作職責(zé)：

(1)根據(jù)集團公司全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，制定歐洲投資經(jīng)營和市場拓展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，組織實施歐洲市場戰(zhàn)略部署;

Job Summary

The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership for DBN Group in America by working with the Board to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies that fulfils its mission. The CEO is responsible for the administration of the comprehensive program, leading the marketing, sales, and investments. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors. The CEO is expected to serve as the representative for DBN Group in America and must demonstrate professional ethics.

Responsibilities

-Formulate the strategic plan of investment management and market expansion in the US; organize and implement the strategic deployment of the American market based on the global development strategy.

-Formulate the management objectives and policies of the American companies; and determine the mid-and-long term goals, and annual business plans.

-Lead the investment, sales and marketing of American companies in an all-round way; and coordinate the investment, construction and operation of branches in the US.

Requirements

-Master degree or above;

-Deep understanding of the American market and culture, and years of working experience in international companies;

-Strong ability of strategic planning, system construction, team management, and production-sales-research.
