依據(jù)《中國農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作促進(jìn)會協(xié)會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理辦法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，經(jīng)審查，中國農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作促進(jìn)會批準(zhǔn)《農(nóng)場動物福利要求奶牛》（T/CAI 004—2021）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，現(xiàn)予公告，并自2021年9月1日起實施。

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Standards Management Measures of China Association for the Promotion of International Agriculture Cooperation”, after review, the CAI standard（T/CAI 004—2021）for “Farm animal welfare requirements- dairy cattle ” was approved by the China Association for the Promotion of International Agriculture Cooperation. This standard will be implemented on September 1st, 2021.
